Made especially for you

Every Ellebroidery keepsake is created to order using the handwriting you provide. Because your piece is personalised specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been placed.

If the handwriting or image you send isn’t suitable for embroidery, I’ll get in touch to see if we can find an alternative. If we can’t, your order will be cancelled and you’ll receive a full refund.

I take great care when creating every piece, but if your keepsake arrives damaged, faulty or with an issue with the workmanship, please get in touch as soon as possible — ideally within 14 days of delivery — and include a photograph of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, I’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

None of the above affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
